Mr. Sohrab Chinoy Kersasp, 65 (Sixty Five) years old is a Retired Banker and Corporate Advisor. He has completed his graduation in Mathematics and post-graduation in Economics from Nagpur University. He has more than 24 years’ experience in State Bank of India as Assistant General Manager and 6 (Six) years with IDBI Bank as Regional Head (South India) Corporate Banking.

An accomplished technocrat, N. S. Kumar has over 25 years of experience in information technology and project management. After earning a B. E. from Guindy College of Engineering, Chennai and an M. S. in computer science operations from Ohio University, USA, he was actively involved in multiple international assignments and has managed several initiatives in project development and quality assurances.

At Picturehouse Media, Mr. Kumar is a member of the Audit and Investors’ Grievance Committees.

Mr. Nandakumar Subburaman, 51 (Fifty One) years old, an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, India and of the Government college of Engineering , Tirunelveli, India. He started his career in GE Healthcare and held various responsibilities in Supply Chain, Operations, Six Sigma and Finance. He is Whole time Directors & CEO of Perfint Healthcare, a Robotic Medical Equipment Company, focused on Image Guided, Minimally Invasive Cancer care procedures. His experience spans multiple functions and industries.

Mrs. P J Bhavani was already a Director of the Company until August 14,2019. She is Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. She has six (8) years of experience in Auditing, Project/Revenue Management and Finance in Real Estate Sector. She associated with leading Audit firms in Chennai. She possesses requisite knowledge, experience and skill for the position of the directorship.

Mr. Subramanian Parameswaran (“Subbu”) is a corporate consultant and advisor in various matters such as business strategy and people management.

Subbu brings over 26 years of experience across sectors such as pharmaceuticals & healthcare, business consulting and education, in the UK and India. He is currently the co-founder of Learning Curve, a social impact organization committed to building better mental health and adulthood outcomes for children from underserved backgrounds. He also regularly advises companies on strategy, people management and is currently also involved in incubating a for-profit venture named Amiga, a conversational AI based platform for parenting

Mr. Gautam Shahi is a law graduate having more than 20 years of experience in the field of law. His core area of practice is regulatory and competition law. He has been associated with leading legal firms in the country. He also has extensive experience in formulating legal strategies and defending his clients before various legal and quasi judicial bodies.
