Chairman and Managing Director
A highly successful entrepreneur and respected thought leader in the global outsourcing services and investment community, Prasad V. Potluri has successfully built and sold three companies while serving the needs of the Fortune 1000 marketplace abroad; Procon Inc., Albion Orion Company LLC, and Irevna Ltd. Procon Inc. was bought over by RCM Technologies in 1998 and soon after, AOC LLC was acquired in 2000 by SSI for INR 292 Crores – the then largest cross-border deal in India. In 2005, Irevna Ltd. was acquired by CRISIL (S&P India). Mr. Potluri was also the founding investor of CBay Systems and a strategic investor in Maven Corp. and Karvy Consultants. Presently, he is the chairman and managing director of PVP Ventures Limited, a BSE and NSE listed company and the promoter director of Picturehouse Media Ltd.
